Cost

Rent averages $3400-3700 per quarter. This covers food, electricity, water, heat, internet access, lodging, hot lunch + dinner 5 days a week, social events, philanthropy, printing/academic supplies, and national fraternity dues. This price is generally cheaper than alternative choices because of the comprehensive nature of our services.

No Porches?

That’s right, with 27 rooms across our 3-story house they are all either singles or doubles. While brotherly bonding is essential, having our personal space and time is important too.

Parking

Want to have your car at college? We have over 14 parking spots between our covered garage and alley. The cost is only $100 a quarter.

Food!

Who doesn’t love food? Our chef serves hot lunch and dinner 5 days a week along with plenty of breakfast supplies to grab on your way to the door to your 8:30 classes.

amenities

We have one of the largest fraternity houses at UW (3rd largest by square footage) with three floors, two basements, almost 30 rooms, enclosed courtyard, game room, weight room, library, half basketball court, and underground/alley parking.
